STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our Strength & Conditioning program is structure on balanced, challenging, and fun workouts designed to elevate your fitness. With six expertly programmed classes each week, you’ll experience a mix of strength training, conditioning, and skill work—guided by our expert coaches.
Our program uses progressive cycles to develop strength , power , endurance and overall fitness. Whether you’re just starting out or have experience workingout, you’ll find a complete, effective workout designed to transform your body and mindset.
BOXING CONDITIONING
Our Boxing Conditioning class is a high-energy workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, confidence while mastering real Boxing skills. No Sparring required, no fluff, just hard work.
Our expert coaches guide you through the workout, including heavy bags, double-end bags, punch shields, offensive and defensive drills and mitts (a crowd favorite) with a finisher focused on core or cardio.
We made this program perfect for beginners or an experienced athlete, this class will push you to sweat, burn fat, and build confidence.
BOXING 1 ON 1 COACHING
Take your boxing skills to the next level with personalized, one on one coaching led by a USA Boxing-certified coach.
In these private sessions, you’ll learn or refine your technique, boost endurance, and master advanced offensive and defensive strategies—all without sparring.
Train with professional equipment like heavy bags, mitts, shields, and speed bags while mastering combinations and drills tailored to your goals. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to elevate your skills, personal coaching ensures faster progress and targeted results in a supportive, motivating environment.
