BOXING CONDITIONING

Our Boxing Conditioning class is a high energy workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, confidence while mastering real Boxing skills. No sparring required, no fluff, just hard work.

Our expert coaches guide you through the workout, which includes heavy bags, double-end bags, punch shields, offensive and defensive drills and mitts (a crowd favorite) with a finisher focused on core or cardio.

This class will push you to sweat, burn fat, and build confidence.

In order to take our Boxing Conditioning class, you should know your basic punches and footwork from training elsewhere or have taken one of our Boxing Workshops.

New to Boxing?


Start with our Boxing Basics Workshop or book a 1-on-1 Coaching Session to learn the basics and get comfortable with our coaching style.

Then, progress into weekly group training to sharpen your technique, improve your fitness, and challenge yourself in a high-energy, supportive environment.
