We opened XP360Fit in Sunnyvale with one goal: to create the kind of gym we wish existed when we were just starting out. A place where regular people such parents, professionals, and beginners alike could walk in, feel welcome, and finally start building the strength and confidence they’ve been wanting for years.
We know what it’s like to feel lost in the gym, unsure of what to do or how to do it without getting hurt or overwhelmed. That’s why we focus on real coaching, smart programming, and community support. You don’t need to be in shape to start here. You just need to be ready to take the first step and we’ll take it with you.

Xavier – Head Coach & Owner
“Coach, Encourager, and Keeper of the Vibe”
Xavier has been coaching for over 17 years and has helped hundreds of clients from total beginners to lifelong athletes feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in the gym. He’s known for his high energy, fun vibe, and obsession with technique and movement quality. Xavier built XP360 to be the gym he wished existed when he was just starting; welcoming, supportive and focused on real progress over perfection.

Stacy brings energy, empathy, and structure to everything she does from coaching lifts to managing class flow to keeping the gym community connected. She’s the coach who sees the little things that make a big difference and the person who always remembers your name, your progress, and your goals. Whether she’s guiding a beginner or challenging a seasoned member, Stacy knows how to help people feel seen, safe, and supported.
