FAQS

Q: Do I need prior boxing experience?

A: No! This workshop is designed for beginners who have no experience and those brushing up on basics.

Q: Do I need to sign up in advance?

A: YES! We have a limited number of spaces available in this workshop (10) and will be closing our registration on Wednesday, April 23. To ensure that you have locked in a spot, you’ll need to register first.

Q: What should I bring?

A: You’ll want to wear comfortable workout attire and bring a bottle of water. We’ll provide you with your very own pair of hand wraps and have a pair of gloves for you to borrow during the workshop.

Q: Can I come to the workshop any time between 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM?

A: NO. You should plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the workshop begins, we will begin promptly at 9:30AM. Since this is a beginners course, we’ll be building on skills as we progress through the class and cannot go back and review for latecomers.

Q: How do I continue Boxing after the workshop?

A: Once you’ve completed this workshop, you’ll have all the skills needed to participate in our regular Boxing Conditioning group training class. To attend our Boxing Conditioning (or Strength & Conditioning) classes, you’ll need to purchase one of our Memberships or Class Packages.

Q: What if I sign up, but can’t make it. Can I get a refund?

A: No, our workshops are non-refundable and cannot be made up at a later date.

Q: Can I sign up my son/daughter?

A: Yes! We’d love to have them as long as they are 16 years or older.
